We decided early on not to have external advertising banners on the starting page. We differ from most portals in this way. We felt that MNC is sufficiently complex as it is.
Advertising banners can be found on many other pages on MNC.

Instead, we chose an automatic news update facility on the first page. A constantly changing area that reflects the activities on MNC, for private persons and companies alike. The news update rewards active users. An active company can be seen in several locations on the starting page
- news
- events calendar
- most recently updated display window
- most recent product in a web kiosk
- gift machine, the latest present voucher
- the most recent log-ins, the most recent companies, company of the week
and so on

Adverising on MNC
Is possible on most other pages. We have three types of advertising banners
- Big square (in most houses and sub-portals) 400x300 pixels ready for streaming movie, flash animations and shows (with sound). Can also be shown on the company display window
- Sidebanner 200x100 high frequent banner (100.000 expose/week)
- Minibanner 120x60 on special pages and in the houses.
