Technical platform
MälarNetCity is based on a fully dynamic CM system known as © Atlas which is a technologically flexible module-structured multi-user solution. It is at heart an editorial system for web publication with advanced user-right functions. Atlas is based on industrial standards, open source (PHP, Apache, MySQL) and non-licensed solutions to permit multiple users, flexibility, data exchange and simplicity.
